Creative healing Retreats

We are currently taking bookings for the Heal My Story - Creative Healing Retreats

Led by Tamara, these 3 day group Retreats are for all levels of creatives.

By delving into your own story, in a safe space amongst others on their own journey, you will be encouraged to remain curious and vulnerable about new ways to transform and re-frame how you use your experiences, to empower your story moving forward.

Modalities include Songwriting, Poetry, Inner Child Connection, Journal Processing and Creative Story Writing.

These Retreats are restricted to very limited numbers and are held at various locations across the USA.

Tamara can bring her Creative Healing Workshops into your Corporate Program or Staff Training. Most notably, as an Award winning Singer Songwriter, Tamara has released albums and toured Australia, UK and now bases her music career out of the USA, she has always written and processed her own story in song.

Now a Certified Trauma Coach, Tamara’s passion has led her to develop a unique ‘Songwriting Trauma Processing’ format for individual and groups.

Much acclaimed, she has taken this unique combination of art and painful experience story-telling, into various Trauma, Addiction and Veterans groups over the past 6 years across America. Tennessee, Kentucky, Florida, Idaho and Texas.

These programs are also a powerful way for Corporate and Creative teams to share a bonding and connection session, as well as challenge vulnerability and creativity, for team growth.
